Barkrunners are a group of towering humanoid tree-like creatures. They have an incredibly dense skin that are made up of dense barks, allowing them to endure being hacked by swords, pierced by arrows, or being attacked with spells. The barkrunners have glowing red eyes and having large limbs that allow them to bash their foes with incredible strength. Their tree-like bodies are perfect for blending in with the midst of trees and bushes. Barkrunners can be found in the forested borderlands of the Fen of the Frozen.
Nature mages can summon them at a certain level, and at higher levels even transform into them.
