The Chitterskrag is a hostile creature in Legends of Aranna.

These monsters resembled the cross between the hermit crab and the cockroach that can grow several meters tall and similarly wide. According to old documents in Jherkal's Crown, they were a threat to cities even in the golden days of the empire. Their chitin carapace can be fashioned into medium armor, suited to rangers. They usually come in a large group and can easily overwhelm the adventurers if they're not careful.
