Clear Edgaar's Basement is a side quest in the Chapter I of Dungeon Siege.
Entering the last cabin of the farmlands before the forest surrounding the Crypt, the hero discovers Edgaar, a farmer whose basement has invaded by Krug. The player must enter Edgaar's basement and kill several Krug Scouts and Scavengers. In the back of the cellar is a lift that takes the player to a lower level with three Krug Scouts and Brankar the Scavenger.
Edgaar prompts the player to take items for the trek to Stonebridge. In the back of the lower level in the basement is a destructible wall. Behind the wall is a closet with loot, the spell Leech Life. There is also a statue of Azunai and several shelves with bottles on them.
When completed, Edgaar gives the player a health potion and mana potion.
Important: in the basement there is an elevator that activates when a player picks up a mana potion on a platform grid.
