Cliff City is one of the last Utraean Cities and is located south of Xot's Badlands.
Cliff City is carved into the sandstone cliffside, giving them spaces to live in and to shelter from harsh dry winds and sweltering heat. There are towering statues surrounding the city, being carved into the cliffsides. The city relies on water channels from the well nearby that helps them to live in the barren, arid badlands. Only the few Utraeans left remaining lives there now since the Zaurask corrupted the well.
