The Coastal Bluffs are a geographical region of the Island of the Utraeans. They are located above the island's southern shoreline, and were crawling with Zaurask forces by the time the Hero of Arhok reached them. It was here where the Shadowjumper made his pact with Nosirrom. The city of Illicor lies at the highest parts of the bluffs.
