This small region lies to the south and west of Crystwind. It contains upwards of 100 Krug, and has a significant number of low-level Skeletons. The region can be divided into two sections; the valley, and the ruins.
The valley contains lots of mid-high level Krug, as well as their dogs. The area is lightly wooded, and is hilly. There is a health shrine close to the town, and the entrance to Crystwind is defended by two Dwarves; a Legionnaire Guard and an Archer. Past the health shrine, the valley opens up into the top of Iliarth Canyon . The valley is the main catalyst for Crystwind's popularity among players; through it, one can power-level off of Skeleton Rangers and Droog in Iliarth Canyon, and off of Wraiths in the Fury Den.
The ruins are loaded with Krug and Skeletons. In the western rubble, a Krug Shaman will be carrying the Rune of Diamonds, necessary for acquiring the Crystwind Stone. The eastern set of ruins holds the Displacer tower, where one goes if they take the displacer after exiting Miner's Haven.
The Crystwind Grasslands are a nice oasis between two mines and an arid canyon.
