A Droog Mage is a hostile Nature mage Droog in Dungeon Siege.
Combat[]
Droog magi may be found backing up Droog Archers and Grunts, and collectively, the hostile Droog are the strongest foes encountered in the bush and mesa desert-type regions. Packs of Droog can erupt out of the sand without warning, and generally, mages start off concealed.
The mage throws Starburst spells. It has a lower health score, and a very slightly lower armor rating, than the archer, and both are quite inferior to the Grunt. A bug with the Droog mage's attack prevents its damage from getting adjusted properly on the Veteran and Elite play modes. Its damage rating in Normal mode is still a serious matter. Their weakness is their plodding speed, but nevertheless, standing in range of the mages and archers is painful.

Within the Droog Village of the Cliffs of Fire there exists a Droog Fanatic Mage. Despite the different label, the stats are the same as the normal mage.
