Endar Gareth in his camp
Endar Gareth is a merchant found in a remote, Bandit -infested area between Meren and Lang , tucked in a mountainside gap on Mount Utrae, within its Alpine Reaches.
He appears to have been a bandit once, and certainly always has been an opportunist. One cannot, however, heed his advice and bribe the witches, and Belwar the Rogue Bandit will always try and kill the player.
