Description[]

Anjali is an archon—a legend, come to life. In the old stories, archons were spirits of fire, who served the long-lost creator gods. She was found as a baby by Odo and raised by friends of the Legion, so she does not know how she came to this world or what happened to the others of her kind.

Anjali can shift freely between her human form and an incarnation of elemental fire. In human form, she fights with a staff or a spear, allowing her to fend off multiple attackers while leaping in and out of the fray. In her fiery incarnation, she can hurl bolts of flame at ranged targets, flood areas with heat and fire, or inflict searing wounds that injure her foes over time.

In other words, she's just a girl and she's on fire...

Recruitable Player[]

Anjali is available as a recruitable character to your party in Dungeon Siege III after freeing her from the Lescanzi Witches inside the Stormsong Cave near Raven's Rill. Alternatively, you can start the game as her. She is the hardest character to get the "Maximum Charisma" Achievement with. Her drive for revenge against Jeyne can make it harder to get other achievements when aiming for the Maxiumm Charisma Achievement.

Tactics & Gameplay[]

Anjali acts like a cross between Lucas Montbarron and Katarina. In her human form, she fights with a spear or staff, allowing her to move incredibly quickly across the battlefield and cause considerable damage to groups of enemies in a small radius. Although she can soak up more damage than Katarina and Reinhart, she is not nearly as strong as Lucas and her ability to keep moving while attacking is what keeps her alive.

In her Fire Elemental Form, Anjali has complete control over the element of fire. She can hurl fireballs as a basic attack as well as causing the ground beneath enemies to spontaneously combust. One of Anjali's strengths in this area is the ability to cause long term damage to enemies by giving them the burn debuff.
