Gloern is a partymember in Ehb, the singleplayer world in Dungeon Siege.

Gloern is a Dwarf warrior, and the third free companion after Ulora and Gyorn. He is encountered in Glitterdelve, attacking a group of Krug in a short cutscene before moving to the center of town. He is specialized in melee when first recruited.

Biography

During the Seck Resurgence, Gloern fought the Krug who attacked Glitterdelve. He learned that the magic items that the Krug were collecting in their raids were going to someone they called 'Commander Gresh', although he believed a Goblin was behind the recent troubles.

When a group of warriors, led by a farmer, arrived from the south, he joined up with them in order to save his captured brother, Torg, from within the Mine. He would continue to accompany this group after rescuing Torg.

He was the last of these 'Heroes of Ehb' to pass away, dying in 1220. His later years were spent helping to lead some of the pilgrimages taken to the Heroes' Crypt near Raven's Rill.
