The Hall of Skulls is a mysterious dungeon located beneath Fortress Kroth. At the time of the Seck Resurgence, it was occupied by Droog forces in addition to floating revenant giant skulls. The Lescanzi witch Sikra was found inside, having been dragged there by the Droog.
