A Horrid is a monster encountered occasionally in Dungeon Siege.

General[]

A tall, patterned green, two headed brute, the Horrid truly lives up to its name. Wielding a large spiked wooden club and having two heads a Horrid is a twisted humanoid spawned in a dark recess of the world and as such it seeks to dwell in dark recesses. Clad in tattered fabric around the waist and basic leg and arm wrappings the Horrid has very little armour relying on it's brute strength and resilience to survive. 

Attack[]

The Horrid wields a large spiked wooden club which it uses to maul it's foes. It delivers powerful single blows with it's club which can take a fair amount of health away with each sucessful hit, this can make a Horrid a real threat to lower level players and parties. He can also move fairly fast as he takes large strides over to attack you. Though a fair threat, the Horrid only really seems to employed as a kind of treasure guardian for crates and chests making him partially avoidable. Your best bet with the two headed Horrid is to get up close and fast with a strong melee character to keep him occupied then have the entire party attack him and finish him off quickly, any damage can be healed by a magician if available.
