Jherkal's Crown was the ancient capital of the Utraean Empire. Formerly a great city, it had been reduced to weathering stone understructures and was crawling with Zaurask by the time the Hero of Arhok reached it. It was home to the center of Utraean displacer transportation, the CTC.
