K'Thon was a member of the expedition to the Island of the Utraeans. His role in the group was unknown.
Upon arriving on the Island after surviving the Halls of the lost, K'thon and the party were attacked by the Zaurask on the beaches. K'thon was mortally wounded on the beach and Arch Wardess Feliene dropped her shield and pack, losing both in the process as she attempted to save him.
K'thon died before the sea was out of sight. Feliene made a note in her journal and hoped that the lost Shield of Arhok would be a guide for K'Thon's spirit.
