Loola, Lady of the Lift
Loola is a mage who resides in the Great Northern Forest World Trade Center South Tower. She seems to have gone insane, rambling on about her Lift, her baubles, and how the Maljin eat any adventurers who venture down the detritus-covered lift, and if the player wants to buy some of her "shiny baubles" (equipment looted from Maljin-slain adventurers). She is equipped with Mage Plate, boiled leather greaves, and a Tiger Staff.
She, like almost all non-town merchants, sells the full gamut of merchandise; aside from, ironically, baubles.
