Lyzaire

Lyzaire is a citizen of Quillrabe, in the Utraean Peninsula. He can be found standing on a balcony on Quillrabe's middle terrace, overlooking the town's outer wall.

Lyzaire warns adventurers that the Droog do not like strangers in their lands, and that they should move along quickly if they know what is good for them, as the "Dragon Queen is not only danger in the night".
