Mhakesha, also known as the City of Splendors, was an underground Utraean city that had fallen into ruin and disrepair since the fall of the Utraean Empire. By the time of the expedition of the Hero of Arhok, the place was largely occupied by a mix of Hassat, automatons, and hostile wildlife.
