Neener is a chipper Goblin merchant who can be found in Fortress Emarard, at the end of a side branch of dungeon off the tomb of Orrin and Feliene. He alerts and the player's party of the Crystal Guardians which block pursuit of the Shadowjumper beneath the fortress, and tasks the party with destroying them, thus giving the last new quest in the journal.
He is rather poorly dressed, wearing only the loincloth of a mainland Goblin Grunt. Despite having a chair, he seems to prefer standing atop a stack of books when dealing with customers.
