Noyofan

Noyofan is a citizen of Quillrabe, in the Utraean Peninsula. He can be found standing in one of the drinking rooms of the Windy River Alehouse, located on Quillrabe's topmost terrace.

Noyofan claims that his sister, Callanon, has run the Alehouse for as long as the Dragon Queen has lived within the Drake Nest south of town. He also states that he sometimes takes tourists from Meren out to hunt Drakes, but they can't pay "when they dead".
