Possessed Skulls are a member of a family of identical-looking hostiles, a giant fleshy demonic skull that casts a flaming skull at its target. There are two varieties of Possessed Skull; one can be found in Ehb, in the Hall of Skulls . The other weaker variant can be found in the Lair of Cicatrix.
