Quillrabe Canyons is a region on the Utraean Peninsula, the multiplayer world in Dungeon Siege.
Map[]
Description[]
The Quillrabe Canyons are a series of canyons cut by the Iliarth River into the scorching hardpan deserts of the southern Utraean Peninsula. Within the canyons lie the eponymous town of Quillrabe, center of Droog activity in the Peninsula. The landscape is treacherous; home to many deadly creatures, ranging from ferocious demonic imps to gigantic insectoid creatures. In addition, at the time of the Reunification of the Townstones, they were crawling with Droog ambush parties.
Travel[]
The town of Quillrabe is physically inside this region. Therefore the desert canyons form a part of the storyline journey from Lang to Quillrabe, and then from Quillrabe to Hiroth, which is only separated from this region by a dark cave network, the Drake Nest.
The canyons can be used to travel upriver, back in the direction of Lang but well-before it, to Crystwind, or shortly upriver to reach the Forgotten Mesa.
Inhabitants[]
These canyons are one of the most dangerous stretches of land in the game. There are not only hordes of powerful enemies; there are few Shrines which to revive at, and there are no forward Displacer pads at all. The merchant Nalin Starbringer can be found at the close end of the bridge that leads to the Drake Nest.
The following types of enemies are encountered in this region:
