The three playable races in Dungeon Siege.

For other uses, see Race.

There are three different playable races in Dungeon Siege. A race isn't restricted to a certain play-style, as it is possible to develop any skill over time. Dungeon Siege does not feature classes in character creation, so the race is purely a cosmetic gameplay choice that the player must make.

Below we list every notable race or species mentioned in each game (including expansions), grouped by game and by role (playable, friendly/neutral, enemies, lore-only).
