Sar Vinien is a male Human merchant who does business in Iliarth Canyon, along the river, in an area crawling with Droog patrols. He has relatively high-level items for sale, though not as good as those found in the downriver destination of Quillrabe. He is a useful resurrection point and potion shop for this very dangerous region.
Sar Vinien looks suspiciously similar to Lord Bolingar of Ehb.
