Scudren Teth

Scudren Teth is a citizen of Quillrabe, in the Utraean Peninsula. He can be found standing beside the town's central well in Quillrabe's bottom courtyard.

Scudren tells people passing through the village to be wary of Droog encountered in the canyons outside the walls, especially the warrior types.
