The Swamp Witch is a hostile creature in Dungeon Siege.

Covens of these creatures practice the dark arts within the unpleasant obscurity provided by the swamp.
Appearing as a plodding, hunchbacked old woman in rags, the witch is a dangerous spellcaster. She wears a dark hooded cloak and have claw-like hands. Her spell ice_mage_balls is long-ranged and effective, and the witch can maintain and replace summoned creatures indefinitely. The summon will be a Swamp Creature or Swamp Slinger, at random.
When approached, the witch will begin to retreat, causing the player to disengage automatically and need to be re-ordered. Expect more enemies to be drawn into battle when chasing the witch through the swamp.
When killed, the swamp witch's skeleton will emerge out of her body and rise up in the air for a moment before vanishing.
