Taar's Investigation

Taar's Investigation is a side quest in Act I of the game Dungeon Siege II.

Taar intrigued by rumors of a giant beast. Despite her skepticism, she can't wait to find out if this animal really exists or is a figment of Arianna's wild imagination.

Walkthrough[]

After accepting the quest, you need to go to the ritual camp Hak'u (Northern Greylin Jungles). There will be a Unique Hak'u Ceremonial Dagger to collect.
Next, go to a cave full of bones in Southern Jungle of Greylin and meet Garganturax there. He is completely protected from all attacks , but if you hit him with Hak'u's blade, his protection will dissipate, and then he can be killed by any means.
After the kill, the player received the head of Garganturax, which must be taken to Arianna to complete the quest.

Reward[]

A couple of magical items and some gold from Garganturax.
Random items and gold (good chance of unique and set items) will be given by Arianna.

Notes[]

Hak'u's blade should be kept if possible, as it will come in handy in Mysterious Cave.
