The Imprisoned Half-Giant

The Imprisoned Half-Giant is a side quest in Act I of the game Dungeon Siege II.

Captain Datri put a half-giant named Sartan in a pit, thinking that he had gone mad. However, it seems that Sartan's only crime is being able to see Ghosts. Perhaps Sartan knows more about the strange events you witnessed than anyone. You need to persuade the soldiers to let go of the half-giant.

Walkthrough[]

To free Sartan, you just need to advance a little in the story - reach the moment when the soldiers undermine the blockage (Windstone Fortress (Quest)). Next, you will need to talk to the nearby soldier Oreyn, after which he will release the giant.

Reward[]

Ability to take Sartan into your squad. If you refuse, the half-giant will go to Eirulan.
