The Plague is a primary quest in Act I of the game Dungeon Siege II.

Walkthrough[]

This quest begins immediately after completing The Morden Towers. When you speak to Taar in the Great Hall of Eirulan, she notices that you've been bitten by jungle creatures and are showing symptoms of a mysterious plague. She gives you an **Empty Vial** (Quest Item 7) and instructs you to collect water from the **Elven Shrine**, located in the **Western Greilyn Jungle**, which is said to have restorative properties.

The guard blocking access to the shrine will now allow you to pass. Inside the shrine, you'll face various enemies including **elite Hak'u**, especially guarding the entrance to the fountain chamber on the second level.

Click on the fountain at the southern end of the shrine's second level to obtain a **Filled Vial** (Quest Item 9). After collecting the water, teleport back to Eirulan and give the vial to Taar. She will be pleased to see you've survived and will offer to join your party as a Nature Mage.
