The Town of Aman'lu

The Town of Aman'lu is the first story quest of Act II in Dungeon Siege II, and it begins immediately after you step through the portal at the end of The Temple of Xeria.

Meet Celeb'hel the Elder[]

This is a simple quest. Enter the Aman'lu Town Hall at the center of town (#1) and speak with Celeb'hel the Elder. He’ll inform you that the Aegis of Death was recently taken by Princess Evangeline, who left for Snowbrook Haven three days ago via the southern road.

Celeb'hel is worried for her safety, as the princess may not know that Valdis has turned against the elves. He tasks you with catching up to her and ensuring her safe arrival at Snowbrook Haven.

The Bridge Problem[]

There’s one issue: the bridge to the southern road was destroyed during Valdis' assault. Only Finala can repair it — but she's preoccupied with restoring the Prism of the Elves. Therefore, you'll need to assist her before continuing your pursuit.

At the end of your conversation with Celeb'hel, you'll receive:

Aman'lu Teleporter Activation Scroll (Quest Item 28)
Map of Aman'lu (Map 5)
Permission to use the northern Aman'lu gate (#2), leading to the Aman'lu Hills

This completes the quest and immediately begins the next story quest: Finala and the Broken Bridge.
