Travel to Quillrabe is a secondary quest on the Utraean Peninsula, the multiplayer world in Dungeon Siege.
Description[]
Priestess Janeira of Lang, the fifth town in The Utraean Circle, sends those Marked with Fire to the town of Quillrabe when they accept the Mosquito stone. The Society Priest there is Ferdl.
- "The town of Quillrabe is a nice sight after the dreariness of Lang. You'll be wanting to head south along the boardwalk and then west after the Guard Tower on Grod's Island until you see the entrance to the Goblin Warrens ahead. We do a fair bit of trading with the little green folk, so they might be inclined to let you pass through their tunnels to Redwood Gap. Once in the forest, stay to the south and west. Cross the bridge over the gulch and continue along the forest path until you come to the Fury's Den. If you can avoid the Furies, you should make it out to Iliarth Canyon. Make your way down to the river's side and follow it through Iliarth Falls. There is a footpath down the cliff face to the Canyon floor, narrow though it may be. Stay close to the river through Quillrabe Canyons and eventually you'll come to Quillrabe itself. Might want to pack a fair bit of provisions, as it's a long trip through hostile territory."
- ―Default Lang NPC directions
Teleporting directly to Quillrabe through the Basilicus requires a level 42 character. If the 17-level gap between Lang and Quillrabe does not proclaim the great distance, the daunting signpost in Lang, "Quillrabe 359," makes the matter very clear. That said, there are two shortcuts on the route suggested by the townsfolk.
- Continue directly south from town to reach Redwood Gap, skipping the Goblin Warrens. This shaves about 130 clicks off the distance marker.
- Teleport to Crystwind first and head south to Iliarth Canyon. This shaves about 250 clicks.

Dialogue[]
- "Very well, you accept. It is high time the Utraean Society learned not to meddle in things they do not understand. I admit my visions are cloudy, but I fear the omens have been ill lately. I've frightened you, have I? Well, good. You seemed a tad too cocky there, my friend. Never embark on a journey without being prepared for the worst, that's what I always say! Now then, go to Quillrabe and have a draught of ale next to the river Iliarth. I'm sure it will cheer you up, and you can speak with Utraean Priest Ferdl while you are there."
- "What are you still doing in this dreary town? Go to Quillrabe and leave an old witch to her ramblings."
- Guards, Lang
- "You'll find this area to your liking, I'll bet. Keep your eyes open and your weapons readied, and I'm sure you'll make it through the swamps and forest ahead to the south just fine."
- "Heading into the Goblin Warrens, eh? Best take care, those little green vermin have been rather uppity of late. They'd just as soon kill you as trade with you, but you look like the sort of traveller with enough wits to keep your head on your shoulders."
- (low) "Hahaha, you aren't seriously considering traveling into the [swamps / Goblin Warrens], as inexperienced as you clearly are, are you? I don't know what you're doing in these parts, but I highly suggest you rethink it before you die, or worse, dirty up that pretty armor of yours!"
- (high) "Out for a bit of slashing practice, are you? You won't find much worthy prey out here, I'm afraid. The critters are smarter than you think -- they'll not likely leave the murk to pursue one so highly experienced as yourself." [Note: This is not true.]
- Guard, Redwood Gap
- "Hail, friend. It's a fair time you've chosen for traveling, what with all the forest creatures as aggravated as they are now. I'd advise you to stay close to the path and head south to the town of Quillrabe. The Sanctuary Keeper may have more news for you, if she's survived the trip out there. There've been rumors of drakes in the vicinity!"
- Guard, Quillrabe Canyons
- "Hail, friend! With the Droog so restless, it's been a long while since I've seen a traveller in these parts. Quillrabe is just a bit further west along the river. The Legion doesn't have a strong presence out here, so I'd advise you to get to the safety of the town as soon as possible. Don't waste your time at the lookout on the ledge above, it's a nasty ambush ever since the old bridge collapsed."
