Priestess Kylira was a member of the Utraean Historical Society, who operated in Grescal. She was quartered by Sorceress Vielle Brathem, who let the priestess use her tent for study of the Abandoned Ruins.
She believed correctly that the abandoned Utraean ruins held a water reserve, and that the Grescal Stone would end Grescal's drought.
When the adventurers marked by fire retrieved the stone, Kylira gave them a high-quality suit of golden battle plate crafted by Master Smith Sultrin.
